CSafe does offer trip leases. CSafe also offers other flexible leasing options to maximize the value of using our active thermal pallet shipper and mobile refrigerated units. We put the control in our lessee's hands to accommodate their global shipping requirements. CSafe provides many types of lease arrangements which range from short term trip leases to longer term leases. These longer term lessee's lease out or use our container on trip leases. We provide the longer-term lease option (one month or more) to our lessee's and their customers as they provide the following benefits:

• Ensures availability of units
• Ensures consistency of units
• Offers the freedom to decide when, where and for whom to use
• With access to trip leases for seasonal spikes, reduces risk

With the flexibility in leasing options from trip leases to long term, our lessee partners are assured of container availability, the potential for higher margins with increased utilization (since our lease rates are not affected by the number of shipments made during the lease period) and control with having access to trip leases.

Master Lease Agreements are available for airlines, forwarders, integrators and shippers.
